Keyboard shortcuts would improve productivity drastically - I don't want to have to take my right hand off the keyboard, grab the mouse, then click on "Bold" or "Indent" to make such a small change, then type my text, then have to mouse over to disable it. Keyboard shortcuts are a must have, at least for the basic functionality:

-Bold
-Underline
-Italics
-Numbered/bulleted list
-Indent/unindent one level in a list
