Add text field next to file name to allow plain English description of what the file is
Frequently due to file name length restrictions, what is in a file is not easily known. I would like a text field next to the file name to be able to describe the file. this makes it much easier for new team members to know what they're working with.

A fine idea, and could also be used for captioning images. The captions could be displayed on the image gallery
